The Journal of Corporate Real Estate, the official publication of the Institute for Corporate Real Estate, is the only refereed publication addressing corporate real estate.   It is produced by London-based Henry Stewart Publications.  Over 80 corporate real estate executives, representing nine countries, serve on the Board of Editors.

The Journal's mission is to provide a valuable fund of ideas, techniques, best practice examples and high quality research to support the work and develop the careers of senior corporate real estate managers and consultants.  At the same time it seeks to help corporate real estate professionals demonstrate-to CEO's, CFO's and other key players-the real value the best corporate real estate practices can yield.

The Journal offers features such as:

  • Original, in-depth, refereed articles on the latest thinking, techniques and developments in corporate real estate

  • High quality research from leading academic institutions

  • "What would you do_" edited by Michael Joroff of MIT; a regular feature.
  • Corporate Real Estate and capital markets prepared by Rick Pederson of Liberty Greenfield Real Estate

  • Management Digest, edited by Virginia Gibson of Reading University

  • Guided by an International Editorial Board

  • Articles are subjected to peer review to ensure that the journal is authoritative, accessible and relevant
