ART WORK

Black-and-White Ads: Advertisers should supply camera-ready film and/or a velox. Right reading, emulsion side down is preferred for film negatives.If copy changes or preparations are submitted separately from film or mechanical art, the Corporate Real Estate Executive assumes no responsibility for errors in final print. Costs for changes in ads already submitted by the client will be billed along with charges for advertising space. Charges for these changes are available from NACORE Publications. Call 561-683-8111.

Color Ads (both 2C and 4C): Advertisers should include color-separated film negatives with progressive proofs and/or matchprint.Right reading, emulsion side down is preferred for film negatives. If copy changes or preparations are submitted separately from film or mechanical art, the Corporate Real Estate Executive assumes no responsibility for errors in final print. Halftone negatives screened to 150-line are recommended.

Electronic Media:
While NACORE International prefers to receive ad copy on film with a matchprint, ads may be submitted on disk with an additional charge for film and matchprint preparation. An earlier ad deadline will apply. Please call for further information and submission requirements.

Agency Commission:
A 15 percent discount will be given to authorized advertising agencies provided that all mechanicals are submitted camera-ready. If invoices are not paid 60 days after billing date (on invoice), commission is canceled.

Billing:
NACORE will invoice upon publication with ad tearsheets. All bills are due 30 days after date appearing on invoice. Invoices paid after this time are subject to a 1.5 percent service charge per month. A collection agency fee of 15 percent will be added to delinquent accounts.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted 30 days preceding publication. Cancellation of any or all issues if a multiple rate has been contracted for must be received at least 60 days in advance of publication and confirmed to the advertiser. The ads are subject to short-rated charges determined by the one-time ad rate.
